Pulsing in ear as early symptom??
Was this an early symptom for anyone? 9dpo today. Had some very light spotting yesterday and pinching cramps last night. I’ve been having a pulsing/whooshing in my ear all day. It’s making me nuts! I’ve seen this can happen in pregnancy but wondering if it starts this early....??? Feeling hopeful but probably overthinking things.
