ex boyfriends. or exes

Does anybody just want to throw up over the thought or sight of their ex? My ex was extremely abusive (sexually, mentally, verbally) and when I came out about it, no one believed me yet he’s done it to others. He has a new girlfriend and she’s naive as hell (I knew her for a long while). I fear for her. Her friends know what he did. I have a boyfriend, we are very much in love and have been together for three years but sometimes just the thought of my ex makes me want to throw up.
