One week old & Feeling a lil cold coming on

Head feels a little funny, sneezing and nose running a little. Just started last night but I feel it. The weather isn’t making it any better. What can I do to keep it at minimum. And possibly keep my baby from getting it. No visitors are coming won’t be taking him out unless it’s the doc appointment and other children are in school most of the day... I also ebf and he cluster feeds a lot during the night. Any tips? I know always wash hands and use sanitizer cover mouth and things of that nature.
