Vegan pregnancy apps?
I am brand new to this app and have been vegan for about five years. I’ve heard there are a lot of things that you can or should not eat during pregnancy. I read yesterday that bean sprouts or not allowed during pregnancy. Made me wonder what other things I would normally eat or not allowed. Has anyone discovered a vegan pregnancy app about how to make sure you’re getting enough folic acid and avoiding some foods not allowed during pregnancy?
