Scared at 9 weeks

I’ve had spotting before but today was different. I’ve experienced really heavy bleeding, intense cramping, and really bad lower back pain. My lower stomach hurts and it’s hard for me to get comfortable while in bed. TMI: I put a tampon in (super+) & several hours later it was completely full and the blood was starting to leak out. There was A LOT of blood in the toilet and it was a red color. I was thinking it was my period, but this was nothing like my period. Am i experiencing my first miscarriage? 💔
