When can I use weights?
I’m almost 3 weeks PP and some of my stitches haven’t dissolved yet but the bad ones have. When can I use weights? I don’t have a postpartum checkup until the 26th which will be 6 weeks PP. I really want to work out my butt, arms, and abs.
When is it safe to do this?
I feel normal again and I’m not bleeding too much
