Vet Tech win today!

Not sure if this is even the right place but I’m posting it here...

My husband and I have been TTC for a few months now and no luck so far. It’s getting especially hard with every AF cycle I get - which is the whole reason I went on birth control and miss it so much now! (Horrible cramping, heavy bleeding, etc)

Anyway - AF showed up a week late - you can imagine how devastating that was. So my whole week has been kind of shit and really stressful at work as well.

I work in an animal clinic as a vet tech and today I got my first jugular blood draw on an overweight beagle/terrier mix! 😳 I’ve been able to do them when the animals are under anesthesia for a procedure but never awake and moving!!

It was a real highlight to me week and just wanted to share with a bunch of strangers. I’m hopeful next month will be our month and things will get better.
