Can antibiotics mess up your period?

I started an antibiotic right before Christmas which I took for an entire week. I’m on the pill so my doctor told me to use back up protection for 2 weeks but we used it for 3.5 weeks just to be a little cautious. We used a condom plus pulling out while using the condom to be extra safe.

I’m on Lo Loestrin and I never get my period so I’m just curious if the antibiotic could screw up my period even more?
