This is what I have been doing... it’s not a secret and not a hard and fast rule... but you get what you put in - c’est la vie!

Exercise: mainly cardio - Zumba 2x a week / Body Combat 1 x week / Body balance 1 x week. Love group fitness- I hate treadmill it’s as boring as clock watching and not a fan of weights ...

Diet: no strict diet but I generally don’t drink alcohol or sugary fizzy drinks because I don’t enjoy it. I love food and coffee and I eat everything. Calorie counting is just too depressing. But I “try” avoid carbs for dinner. If I have a binge weekend I try to eat clean the following day. Also a big fan of probiotics- so apple cider vinegar with warm water to detox, plus probiotic tablet every night.
