my boob's are supposed to hurt right?

I took 4 faint positive pregnancy tests.  rainbow baby whoop whoop.  I'm nauseous anxious restless insomniac and heartburn.  why the hell aren't my boob's sore yet? I had a breast augmentation 4 years ago.  anyone experienced this before?

if my tests showed a faint positive I have no idea. my last period was on the 24th of December.  I'm not even a month but your insight helps. I just had a Laperoscopy done on the 2nd of JAnRUaRY. time will tell. let me do some calculating

My boobs didn’t hurt at all last month when I was pregnant (ended in MC) but I also had a boob job several years ago and wondered if that would make a difference!
