Booty workouts!
For the past few months, I've been going to the gym pretty regularly, and eating well. I have grown about a half in on my booty! I usually do squats, leg presses and hip abductors along with a few other exercises. I've kind of platoed since, I've been using heavier weights and upping my sets/reps and it's still not seeming to push my limits. I think it's time to change up my workouts. Could you ladies share experiences with what activates your glutes best?
