Is there even a possibility

Hi, my boyfriend and I had protected ( condom, b control, and pulling out) sex at the beginning of the month basically everyday from the 1-7th. Then I got my period. If I got my period so soon after sex does that mean it doesn’t count and wait till next month to see or does it mean I’m not pregnant. It seemed like a normal period at the time but I also had a yeast infection the same day it started. About 3 weeks later and I’m feeling nauseated, headaches everyday, currently have a fever. I realize that the birth control methods are all very safe and we used them correctly but like any Precum spilling over the top of the condom is what scares me. I was also sick at the time and taking medication which I am hoping didn’t mess with the birth control. Just wondering if maybe I’m just getting flu symptoms for the past 2 weeks or the slim chance?
