A beautiful smile caused by a heavy chest
Twirl of the hair from a rapid heart
Shaky hands hidden
Tears held back
The knot is growing

(I have anxiety and depression. I take medication for it, but there are still some "low" days. I work at a doctor's office so I always have to be friendly with patients, no matter how I feel.)
