Could I be pregnant???

I just peed and wiped myself.. and on the toilet paper there was this like yellowish small clump on it.. and Idk what that means?? And for the past couple days there’s been like this clear discharge and I thought it was because I was getting turned on without knowing?? But I wasn’t and I wasn’t “wet” but I could still feel it. I’ve been cramping and my back has been stiff but that could be from a couple things.. I’m trying to stay calm but I’m kinda worried. Could this be a symptom of pregnancy or something??
