I’m sorry guys! But I feel like this is never going to happen!! I have been using my ovulation strips and I following every thing I need too. I have been working out and I’m down 15 lbs!! I just got my period 2 days early 😢 we did order Pre-Seed and will us it this month.. any other advice to help?!? I know my husband has a very low sperm count. I’m getting nervous because I’m 33 and I still don’t have 1 baby😓

Don’t have sex every day.  
Give him a day or two between sex for his sperm count to build up. 
Have sex before you ovulate so his swimmers are in place to greet your egg.  
Take a prenatal multivitamin like Pregnacares - they did tests that found it does increase your chances.  
Just relax.  Stressing about it is most likely to get in the way.  
I had my first at 32 and now pregnant with second at 36.  You can do it.  All my friends have had their babies in their 30s.  X

Hang in there..I'm 39 myself and my husband much older. My hopes were high this month and af who usually shows up like clock work played me and showed up 2 days late..this morning actually.. devastated. BUT you can't give up honey. As for me I've decided to keep trying but to pay time and attention to other things like working out and getting healthy. I too bought some preseed for next cycle her great things and even got some maca powder..figured it couldn't hurt! lol Much love and prayers..Keep trying it will happen!

I’ve heard of taking guaifenesin (or normal mucinex) can also help thin out your cervical fluid and make it easier to fit sperm to move around during your fertile week.

Did your husband try any vitamins to raise sperm count? 33 is still young you have time!
