I got my bfp earlier then expected!

I got my implant removed early last month (Jan 4th) and was told it would take up to two months before my body would regulate enough to have a baby. I've been feeling extremely tired for a week now and decided to test...well 3 test later looks like I'm already preggo! I'm so excited but nervous. I'm due to get married mid June and although I haven't been to the Dr yet I assume I'll be 5 months along by then. can any of you mommies show me pictures of you pregnant on your wedding day?
