Mommies of multiples

This is my fourth pregnancy and I'm having twins. I already look like I'm about 5 months pregnant. Now I do have a 7 month old so I was pregnancy not that long ago and already considered overweight but not by a lot but I am only 5 feet tall and a little under 200 lbs. I had only lost about 5 lbs before I became pregnant this time but only being 2 and half months pregnant and already being this big is crazy. One put on 6 lbs so far but my bump sticks out like I'm 5 months prego. Anyway my question is, any other mommies of multiples start showing that much this early??
