Moving to formula after breastfeeding
How do you move from breast milk to formula feedings? Should it be a gradual shift like mixing formula with breast milk or doing a couple feedings a day with one and then a couple with the other? I can’t keep breastfeeding so I am trying to figure out how to adjust my body and baby’s to feeding formula and no longer producing breast milk.
