Spotting vs Bleeding...

Okay so I’m just confused..

I live in Belize, I’ll be returning to the US this summer. I live on an island as the doctors here are just frustrating! I’ve had 3 doctors tell me something different.

A few days ago I spotted throughout the day, no pain associated and not a lot at all. It was that one day, hasn’t happened since. Since then my back has been hurting more and I’m just even more exhausted, nauseated, the normal symptoms.

I went to a doctor today and he told me any kind of blood during pregnancy means something is wrong.. but I’ve heard everywhere that spotting is normal so I’m just confused and now a little paranoid.

I’m almost 8 weeks, go for an ultra sound Wednesday to make sure everything is okay..
