Help?

so I am currently 17 weeks pregnant with my second, as of a few weeks ago I've been having very light pains in my vagina, more like a pressure but still painful, I'm wondering if it could be phantom pain cause it reminds me of what I could feel from labor but more intense, my husband said no because I was numb and I wouldn't know what it felt like. but I also have phantom pains from a surgery I had in my foot and I was unconscious, and that was diagnosed. I guess my point is it feels similar to what the pain in my foot feels like just elsewhere. has anyone else experienced this?
