i didn't have a period for January

so my period didn't come for January... I told my tracker I didn't have my period and it gave me a prediction and it didn't come on that predicted date ... so I told it again it didn't come... and it still didn't come on that day. I told my boyfriend and I'm going to buy a test to see if I'm pregnant .. should I wait another week.. and see if maybe it's just really late... advice please... this would be my first time pregnant... a week and a half ago... I was really sick throwing up for most of the night... I woke up 3 days in a row with nausia.. I was constipated... I've been having head aches... for a few days on and off I was spotting ... but no period.. I'm just like wtf... could this really be happening... I had a relationship for five years never used protection and never gotten pregnant... I get in a new relationship it's only been 4 months and now I'm thinking... wow... this could be it... I could be having a baby 😶
