Should I quit my job?

I’m a babysitter and one day I was cleaning up when I found a list. One of the things it said was “find the perfect babysitter.” Now I feel like the mother is going fire me either at the end of the school year or the beginning of next years. I want to quit and find a new job but I also don’t want to leave her without a babysitter. To make it more awkward, the mother works with my brother and I was hoping to use her as a reference for jobs in the future. What should I do?
