Country “obsessions”

So in spirit if super bowl Sunday, let’s chat about Americas obsession with all things professional sports....

Do you think the US is a bit too into their grown men playing sports?

How and why do you think it’s such a big market?

Is there a sport you think is under/over rated?

Is there anything in any other country that is taken as seriously ?

Don’t get me wrong, I love a good baseball and football game, but there are people who bet millions on these, who call out / request off work to watch these.

But at the same time I am glued to the TV during the womens college world series...
