Nipple piercing infection

Hi all so I’ve had both of my nipples pierced for almost 10 months and my right one has had increased yellow crusting and pus over the last month.. I’ve been using saline and warm salt soaks occasionally not excessively but today I noticed some bleeding and what looks like a fleshy soft movable bubble/abcess by the hole... it hurts a little when I move it, no heat coming off it.. yet.. just this flesh colored with bloody streaks/ abcess looking thing.. I’m thinking of just taking it out.. the first pic is with the ball off and just barbell just barely sticking out and the second is with it retracted...any help would be appreciated, thank you!

🔴UPDATE🔴: I went to my piercer she says this looks like a keloid due to the bar being too short and having a bigger bust. She switched out the bar to a much longer one and it seems to be doing fine now. xx
