sore abdomen for days after ultrasound

I had my first screening ultrasound on Wednesday, January 30th. It felt pretty uncomfortable when I was having it done, but since baby was being very wiggly and making it hard for the ultrasound tech, I figured it was just her trying to get a better picture. I was pretty sore in my abdomen the day after and didn't think much of it. But it's been 4 days now and it's still pretty sore. Especially if I'm busy and moving around a lot. It's starting to make me wonder if this is normal or should I be worried? Any other ladies experience this?
