Sex issues

So usually during foreplay I get really wet.. like dripping.. which makes it super easy to just slide in and get busy and stay lubricated. However, I’ve noticed that since getting pregnant my production has drastically decreased to the point that we have to use lube now.. it honestly makes me a little insecure... is it just me? Is something wrong or is this a common issue with pregnant women?
