Late period and spotting

Hello there :)

My husband and I have been trying ttc for just over a year, I took the pill for 13 years before we started trying and had a very regular period after I stopped taking it for about 11 months. Last month my period lasted for over 10 days (the doctor said if it is just a one time thing then I shouldn’t worry, and she checked and said I had no infections nor the like).. and this month my period is about 8 - 9 days late. I took a test at the third late day and it was negative.

I started spotting a little about 4 days ago (no need for tampons, I just have one at night cuz you can never know).

I have absolutely no pregnancy symptoms, I’ve had pms cramps last week but those are gone now.. we are in the middle of a move (we left our apartment and are moving in our new home) - maybe it’s just stress but has this ever happened to anyone? Clear blue was very very negative when I took it last week and as I said, I have no weird symptoms whatsoever .. I have no idea whats up with my body 😔
