I had an implantation dip a few days ago but with my PCOS I couldn’t be sure

I had an implantation dip a few days ago but with my PCOS I couldn’t be sure. I tested last night and it was a BFN. I was due for AF today so I figured let me test one more time. My husband checked the cheap HCG test and said sorry babe it doesn’t mean anything yet. So sadly I went to go throw it away and I saw the faintest line possible that DH still denied it. Took a clearblue and BAM!! BFP. This was only my second month trying. I have hashimoto and PCOS and insulin resistance. I’ve had doctors tell me it wouldn’t happen or I would need help. I swear by this app :) praying for a safe pregnancy now!
