PLEASE Help, is this normal @ 37 weeks?

I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and I woke up to use the bathroom,  wiped myself and saw this on the toilet paper ... I'm waiting for labor and delivery to call me back now... it was also a long streak of pink blood in the toilet like it's leaking . but I only see it when I wipe .

**Update**Just left Labor & Delivery... I passed a clot after writing this post and it turned from pink to red discharge but it has now stopped  , Everything is fine , baby is great and moving , I'm only 2 cms dilated... I'm not in active labor , The doctor thinks It's from my placenta. , she said they get blood clots sometimes and me sitting in the toilet was the right amount of pressure for it to pass with baby head being down Soo low... They were going to keep me because I was having contractions every 4 mins lasting about 45 secs but I couldn't feel them despite what the monitor was picking up. Thank you everyone,  I appreciate, the concern, advice , and opinions. ❤❤...

If you’re dilating, it could be from irritation. There are a lot more blood vessels being irritated down there and more blood flow.
