Need opinions about late period

Here’s the deal: I have the copper IUD. My boyfriend always withdraws. Never cums inside. I mis-tracked my last period for December/January so I’m not exactly sure when it was... and then on January 20th I had some spotting for a day or two but then it stopped and it hasn’t happened since... no blood.

The only symptoms I am having are occasional cramps and very sore/tender breast. I’m not sure if I missed a period. I’m so scared. I’m waiting so anxiously. All i know is that my stress levels have been high lately bc of the semester starting.

Please help. I’m scared.
