I need help

I was already a day late for my period and i had protected sex with my bf yesterday in his car. He came but i didn’t so he wiped himself off with a towel and gave me head and fingered me. Ever since then I’ve had mild cramping that feels like my period but it goes away at random. I don’t know if it too soon to know if I’m pregnant but it’s freaking us both out because now I’m 3 days late
