Posting Pics

Can you get someone else in trouble for posting pictures of your kid? Is it different if they’re a family member? My mom is a drug addict and kicked me out of the house to move her abusive boyfriend in and she keeps posting pictures of my son from months ago and saying things like I’m not letting her see him and stuff so she gets attention (which I allow her to see him whenever and she doesn’t ever try to, and honestly I shouldn’t allow her around him but I just can’t be that rude) Anyway it’s annoying and I want her to stop but she won’t
