Trigger warning! possible miscarriage..

So I'm about 5 weeks 5 days to 6 weekish.. Today for a few hours I noticed some brown cm when I wiped. It has since stopped by as I have miscarried before I'm scared.. My doctor can't see me until Friday. Just advised me to go to the ER if the bleeding turned red or picked up.. My test are still getting darker though. Anyways any advice? Has this happened to anyone? What was the outcome?
