Need some kind of answer please!

Ok so, I had unprotected sex twice a day after my period end then the week after that had unprotected sex again and counting today I have 10 days left till my next period starts. I was so anxious to take a pregnancy test to see if I am bekuz I tend to pee a lot, I am tired most of the time, I do get cramps below my stomach left and right side but, the test came out negative. I’m kinda bummed bekuz I really want to be pregnant and my husband as well. Is it bekuz I took it early and that’s the reason why it came out negative. I’m only 23 years old and could it be me.
