2nd surgery to remove tube
Hey everyone so I had surgery on January 9th for an ectopic pregnancy in my left tube. They removed the pregnancy but were able to save my tube. I was on my road to recovery and starting to feel better. 3 weeks after surgery I woke up in horrible pain and had started bleeding again. My doctor got me in and was thinking just my period restarting. They sent me for an ultrasound to check it out. They saw some clots around my left tube and sent me to the er for more testing. Ended up sending me home saying it would clear up on its own. I ended up 2 days later in the worse pain ever and went back to the er. The area of concern was getting larger and they said my left tube was slowly leaking blood and I would need surgery again to go in and remove the left tube. So 4 weeks after having the ectopic removed they went back in and took the tube.
Has anyone had this happen? The first surgery was awful enough now having to have it done again. Hoping there are some positive stories out there because right now I feel hopeless.
