Irregular period

Hey Ladies! So I will start by saying that my period is irregular. I started spotting January 6th and continued to spot until January 15th where my period became heavy and last until January 18th. My fiancé and I agreed that we would start trying to conceive our 2nd child at the beginning of the month so I was super excited until my period seemed like it last ages! Therefore I wasn’t sure when I would ovulate. We ended up having sex quite a few times (tmi) after my period finally ended. I had a little bit of spotting January 30th but just for one day. Then on February 4th I started to spot again light pink sometimes had a little clear discharge and was only when I wiped. I wore a pad and nothing was on it ever! Now here we are on day 4 and I literally spot one time in the morning and then that’s it. I’ve taken quite a few HPTs and all negative. I have a doctors appt on Friday, Feb 9th so hopefully they’ll be able to give me some kind of answers of whether I’m pregnant or not and what is causing me to have irregular periods. Oh and mind you I haven’t been on birth control for 5 years since I had my son! We’ve been using the pull out method which has worked pretty well lol but this is the first month where we’ve been really trying to get pregnant. I know it takes couples months and possibly even years to conceive again and I commend those because this is only our 1st month trying to conceive again and I’m so impatient and worried. I’ve also had some other pregnancy symptoms. One being very enlarged nipples with prominent blue veins, I’ve had headaches and some nausea without vomiting.

I took a pregnancy test this morning and I have horrible line eyes since I want to see that second line so bad! So tell me what you ladies think and also what have been your experiences if you have or are going through the same issue as me
