Help!!

Ok so i have a confirmed pregnancy how ever yesterday i went into the ER because of cramping the dr ended up telling me the didnt find everythy they would expect at 6 weeks pregnant now i have to go back friday to get my hormone levels tested again and hoping they increase otherwise it means miscarriage #2 has this happened to anybody else?? The only symptom i have is the cramping havent had any bleeding like with my last miscarriage!! Help please i guess i just need support to stay positive!!!
