Addie short for Addolorata
I really like traditional Italian names....literally 90% of the females in my family are “Maria” or “Carmella”...so we’re left with my grandmother’s name: Addolorata (Addie for short). It’s pretty old school, but I don’t think it’s ugly or awful where she would get made fun of especially if she mostly goes by Addie.....right? Or am I just asking for trouble?
