so my boyfriend And I have been together for 3 1/2 years and at the beginning we had sex all the time then I started to tell him what I like. (kinky stuff) then he sort of did that kind of stuff with me for a while. And now we live together and we have sex maybe once a week or once every other week. And I do talk to him about it. I try to dress sexy for him and look good all the time and try to do things to him that he would like but he always turns me down. I feel like I have to ask permission to have sex. it just really sucks. I just don't feel as beautiful as I used to... does anyone have any ideas or has this happened to anyone before?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 2 years. We have now been living together for about 7. We used to have sex every time we saw each other. But since we moved in together it's been less and less until recently. I sat down and talked to him about. It made me feel better, we may not be having as much sex but we try to. Sometimes life just gets in the way, if you're on different schedules or you just see each other all the time. You just get used to each other. You gotta do your own thing, go to another room in the house. And have some alone time, you will miss each other and find a way back into bed to have sex. Talk to him about how it makes you feel. You have to communicate, otherwise he won't know anythuing is wrong.

Same! My boyfriend is in pharmacy school and working two jobs so he’s constantly busy. At night, he wants to sleep. I get it. We have way more sex on breaks from school so I know it’s just related to stress. Five years together, I think I can be patient and wait until he’s done with school!

Yep, same here. Been with my hubby for almost 3 years. Life pretty much got in the way, we do talk about it. We get it on maybe 2-3 times a month if nothing then it’s okay because we try to spend time together like movies and things like that. Now I’m pregnant with a baby girl within 7 weeks left to go before I have her. It will definitely decrease sex but it will be worth it. Communication is key, sex isn’t always have to be in the picture.
