so confused

Hello ladies, i have a few questions to ask. I've in the last year been trying to keep a track on my cycle and ovulation. I had a period on january 10th and had unprotected sex on the 18th. on Monday of this week I started off with light pink bleeding but later that day started into a mild period. I have endometriosis and the pain are unbearable if I don't take anything for it, for at least two days. I only had to take meds once for it this week which is so not me. My breast are fuller and heavier, can see veins like when you're pregnant. I took two test and both came back bfn!!! my breast are never this way unless I'm pregnant. Had the usual pregnancy symptoms, that are on and off now. The bleeding has subsided and only noticeable when I wipe. Have any one else experienced this? could i possibly be pregnant and simply test to soon?
