endo with PCOS

hey everyone,

I just had some concerns about my situation. I had recently come off of Depoprovera in Janurary 2017 after being on it for 10 years. I am actively ttc and I have been told last year that I have endo and multiple cysts on both ovaries. Does anyone have any advice for ttc for women in similar situations? My last GYN appointment had shown that I have to concieve in the next couple years or else the chance of having my own children is slim to none.To only be 21 and told that, I am willing to try anything.
