TTC & on 21 day fix
Hi to all the beautiful ladies who are trying to get in shape & pregnant,
I am ttc from past 4 months. From Jan 2018 I started clean eating,walking for 30 mins everyday and yoga once a week.
And started 21 day fix since this Monday, I want to know if it is safe to do an intense work out while ttc.
& this is my fertile week too we are bd’ing with preseed.
