I don’t know what to do or say 😔😱 UPDATE‼️‼️

Really don’t know how I’m feeling right now about this 😔

Alright so me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 5 years coming up. And just like every relationship it gets rocking but we end up fixing it .... so anyway i missed my period, thought i could be when to the doctors for my yearly check up and the test was negative but this morning my doctor called me and told me i was positive for chlamydia and i just don’t know what to do because i know for one I’ve been faithful and if i got it, i had to get it from someone and that was my boyfriend so who did he get it from .... i don’t know what to do any suggestions on how i should confront him about it ?

So the day i found out the news, later that day i told my boyfriend and this was exactly what i said “ hey baby i need to talk to you about something important, so we’ve been together for almost 5 years and every year i go have my yearly check up and every year they come back negative for stds but this year one didn’t the one for chlamydia. So I’m asking you if there is anything you need to tell me” and do you know what he had the nerve to say !! Him: well I’ve never had a std before so who have you been with ..... I’ve only been with you so who have YOU been with other than me .... i honestly don’t know who the man I’ve loved for 4 years and 2 months is anymore and it just hurts like hell that he would just put me through this 😔. But anyways thank you all so much for you help
