Any advice for me?

I wanna start working out a little on my days off

And I have many reasons why I want to (I wanna look hot, feel healthy, be healthy, not be tired all the time, not be so weak, be confident in my body, etc.)

But I can’t ever find the motivation to and don’t know what I should do to work out at home

If anyone knows how to get motivation and what workout I should do feel free to comment please ❤️

Also any suggestions on cheap healthy foods I can eat throughout the week to keep myself healthy so I’m not so tired all the time?
