I need help plz 🙏🏽🙏🏽😢😢😢

So on January 31 I found out that I was pregnant and the 1 of February i went to urgent care and they said that I was not pregnant so I took two pregnancy test it came back positive so the next day I started bleeding not enough to fill a pad but their was no cramps so I look it up I thought it was implantation but the bleeding was for two days only and it completely stop the next day only when I pee and wipe I would see brown stuff so I keep taking pregnancy and they all came back positive and that was 11 test some were digital and others was line although the line were faint there were two line still.

Week later

After all of that I went to another clinic and took another pee test she said their was a line but it was fainted so they put it as unknown but they keep asking me if I had a miscarriage but I don't think I had and any and my period tracker said I am 7 week today but on here it said that I am 6 week and 5 day so do y'all think that I had a miscarriage plz help me I don't know what to do because I still don't think that I had on
