Working out while pregnant

I am just over 4 weeks pregnant right now and I was trying to loose some weight before getting pregnant- but hey, things happen. So I’m wondering what are some work outs that are safe and okay to do while pregnant? I wanna tone everything up and make it be a better/healthier pregnancy than my last two were.
