Azoospermia
Looking for support. Husband was diagnosed with 0 sperm count. So hard to believe. We are looking into IVF but feeling like sperm donor is our only option. Husband does not feel good at all about using a donor. Feeling so heart broken. I NEVER in a million years thought we could be going through this. Any support is much appreciated. Any success stories out there?
