move across the country before or after giving birth?

We have an opportunity to move to Virginia. we will be staying with in laws until hubby secures a job at which point we will rent or buy. My question is, should we move before I have my son or afterward? DUE APRIL 8. I think before (within the next few weeks) so that I can have time to set things up in my mother in laws house, and hubby can find work so that hopefully we'll be renting or buying by the time the baby comes or at least right after. but my sister thinks we should move after he's born so that my daughter can finish 7th grade here. that would put us at end of May or beginning of June. I didn't exactly want to travel across the country or pack and unpack with a brand new baby. my daughter is ok leaving school and finishing in VA. plus, the housing market is booming right now and we can get a significant amount for our house now. what do you all think?
