Blackheads & acne?!

A girl has blackheads and acne on her chest, back, shoulders, butt, and thighs. Is there any way to get rid of this? I use a loofah for my daily showers and that’s supposed to give a very mild exfoliation. There are some areas I can’t reach to put on creams, is there a body wash that has help you significantly with blackheads and acne?! That isn’t too crazy in price.

I just tried tea tree oil on the ones on my butt & shoulders as I heard that it’s great, but it smells so awful! Please help me 😔
