Diet and exercise suggestions?

Right now I am on bed rest at 37 + 3 weeks pregnant so I don't plan to start until I have my little girl in my arms, and until the doctor says I am well enough to do what exercises I want to do.

However, one of my goals is to teach my daughter to not be as much of a couch potato as me, and I want to start taking her on stroller walks from day 1, then taking her at least to the park or on times when she's older.

So my question is, what post partum diet/exercise plans have you all done that you like and work for you? I am already a vegetarian (not vegan). I have some very low weights (3-5lbs) at home, a foam roller and an exercise ball for equipment.
